昔にギャグで書いたユニクロのが素晴らしいと言う内容の記事ですが、今ではギャグではなく心からそう思う様になりました。

今日はそんな記事です。
あと写真は見えるか分からないですけど勢いで行きます。
ユニクロが日常品の枠の中でのファッションブランドだった時から、よりファッション性が高くなりブランドのイメージをさらに高くする事に成功したきっかけがユニクロとジル・サンダーとのコラボライン＋Jだと思います。
実際に当時からそのシャツを数枚愛用していましたが細身で無駄な装飾が無いそのシャツは当時としてマーケットにあった物の中ではベストな物でした。
ユニクロ、ジルサンダーのシャツについて検証した記事になります。
ちなみに今のベストシャツはユニクロの1900円ぐらいのブロード のシャツです。
それは10枚以上持っていて自分にとっては無くてはならない物です。
当時比較したシャツはシャツが上手はブランドで自分が着ていたものです。
ギャルソンシャツ。６万程で購入した物。
それとバンドオブアウトサイダーズ。３万５千程で購入した物。
当時はゆったり着るならギャルソンシャツでタイトな物ならバンドオブアウトサイダーズを着るって言う感じでした。
他にもモードのブランド、例えばラフシモンズやウォルターヴァンベイレンドンク、クリストファーシャノン等も着ていましたがサイズにトレンド感があり過ぎてすぐに飽きました。
他にはシュプリームやCE、FATなどのストリートブランドの物を好んで着ていました。
そのあたりのブランドの方が形が普遍的で普通に今でも好きです。
少し脱線しました。
比較したのは＋Jレギュラーフィットシャツ、3000円で購入した物。
どれもシルエットが良く考えられた物なので好みの問題になるので製品として見た時の比較です。
運針。運針はミシンの針の落ちる数です。
高級なシャツのステッチの細かさをよく見てみて下さい。
細かく針が綺麗に落ちていています。
そうする事によって製品にした時の顔に品が出ます。
高級なドレスシャツは通常、運針を細かくするのが一般的です。
縫製での指示は３cmの間の針の落ちる数で工場に指示をします。
僕が働いていた会社ではそうだったので、僕も同じ指示を基本的にはします。
下記が３ブランドの針の落ちる数です。
コムデギャルソンシャツ。 ２５針
バンドオブアウトサイダーズ。 ２０針
ユニクロジルサンダー。 ２５針。
バンドオブアウトサイダーズはカジュアルシャツという事もあり針の落ちる数は少なめ。
ユニクロ、ギャルソンシャツが針の落ちる数がかなり細かいです。
使用している生地に関して。
糸の太さを番手と表します。
高い番号になる程に糸は細くなり生地にして織った時に光沢を持ち薄く織り上がります。
糸には単糸、双糸、ミコ等の種類があり今回は単糸と双糸の違いを簡単に説明してみます。
単糸とは一本の綿の棒上の物、スライバーと言います。それを紡績し一本の糸を撚った糸の事です。
30番手の単糸を織った時はその生地はサンマルタンと言います。
双糸とは。
二本の糸を撚った糸の事です。
50番手の双糸を織った際にその生地はゴマルソウと表します。
簡単なイメージだと、二本の糸を撚る事によってその生地には光沢と言うか高級感がでます。
それぐらいの認識でOKです。
３ブランドのなんとなくの数値。
あくまでも触った感じの何となくというか経験則です。
ギャルソンシャツ。１００双。
バンドオブアウトサイダーズ。５０単。
ユニクロジルサンダー。１００双。
縫製仕様の事ー。
軽く縫い代の処理についてです。
シャツの縫製に関して肩や脇の縫代を何も考えずに安く作ろうとすると全てロック処理で済ませます。
ロックとはロックミシンを使って縫い代から糸がほつれてこない様にした処理です。
本格的な縫製仕様のシャツは縫い代は全て巻き縫いで裏から見てもとても綺麗です。
因みにロック処理は必ずしも悪ではないです。
ワークシャツや生産性を求められる物はなるべく簡素的に作られますので、凝ってるかと言うよりも必然性と言うかそこには愛があるかどうかの問題っすね。
比べたら3つのブランドは全て巻き縫いの仕様でした。
製品にした際のシャツの顔に、巻き縫いの幅も関係してきます。
巻き縫い幅が細い程シャツに手が込んでる感が出ます。
海外の田舎の工場では細い巻き縫い幅で縫えるミシンがない場合があります。
ユニクロの製品は海外の工場で縫われた物と思えないぐらいに決められた所をステッチが走ってます。
ハイブランドの海外生産をしている工場と言われても、そうでしょうね！って思います。
３つのブランドの脇の縫い代幅です。
ギャルソンシャツ ４mm。
バンドオブアウトサイダーズ １cm。
ユニクロ ５mm。
巻き縫い幅が細いとシャツの印象が全然変わります。
検証はここまでですがユニクロシャツの出来はセレクトショップのオリジナルよりもなるかに高いです。
生地や縫製は以前から素晴らしかったですが、パターンメイクの今一つさもここ何年かで大幅に改善されて、自分の中ではユニクロは外せないシャツブランドになりました。
生地に関してもうこれ以上良くならない方が個人的には寧ろ好きです。
型紙に癖がないので着たいサイズで何枚も揃えてます。
イギリスのシャツが正義だと言う人も良いものは高いと言う人の言う事もイデオロギーの違いと言う事で理解出来ますが自分のアンサーはユニクロのブロードシャツ一択です。
未だに謎のファッションオタク精神でユニクロ製品のクオリティが低いとか言ってる人は国内生産どころか海外生産もした事がない人だと思われますので無視で良いです。
